Descripción de la invitación The COO Office Project Manager will lead / support / participate in any of the below services:
A. “Transform”
a. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of new services to the MFSC: planning
progress, risks and actions.
b. Support the successful delivery of programs undertaken by MFSC through effective
facilitation, tracking and reporting.
c. Analyse the declarative workload of the MFSC teams. Propose and support the users in the
execution of the projects related to the processes transformation.
d. Propose and participate in potential transformations of the MFSC structure (Target
Operating model, etc.)
e. Promote and coordinate initiatives towards continuous communication improvement.
B. “Develop”
a. Promote, support and be part of the “participative organization” initiatives, among others:
the CSR, Spirit, Training and Innovation Committees
b. Implement and participate in the Inter-region Community, aiming at sharing best practices
and delivering solutions on transversal items.
c. Creation and monitoring of the “Employees Journey”, from the hiring date to the internal
mobility
d. Participate and ensure the implementation of the “Agile Working” project

e. Promote and coordinate initiatives towards continuous communication improvement
C. “Orchestrate”
a. Ensure the successful implementation of the strategy defined by the Head of MFSC
b. Build cohesion within all teams in the MFSC and within all the Spanish structure by
implementing, among others, a communication flow with the main stakeholders of the local
structure.
c. Coordination with IT and Facilities, logistics for external auditors and IG missions.
d. Ensure maintenance of inventory of procedures, documentation of all standard operational
procedures
e. Business Continuity Plan: Define and set up the Business Continuity plan together with the
corresponding IT Local responsible, update and test it regularly
f. Coordinate transversal people management activities.
D. “Innovate”
a. Promote and coordinate the implementation of new technologies.
b. Creation of a “digital watch” and share proposals to the MFSC teams
c. Support and participate in the Digital Community, among others: Altéryx, Tableau..
d. Implement and administrate the MFSC Dashboard
e. Implement the MFSC Sharepoint Community and coordinate an optimal delegated
administration.
Interactions with other teams:
- The Head of the MFSC
- Transversal role among all MFSC teams.
- Contacts with local departments as Communication, human Resources or Facilities
- Central teams for some specific projects.
