What are we exactly looking for? We are looking for two persons that want to have a real experience diving into digital projects focusing on business development, marketing, data and technology that can handle the following responsibilities and entitled mix of skills:   • Conceptualization and implementation of business development strategies, as well as digital plans  • Perform research and analysis to determine opportunities in the market  • Assess the profitability of existing products and service offerings  • Participate in the design of the marketing strategy for different projects  • Define and execute strategic and digital campaigns together with the rest of the team  • Social community tasks: create, manage, update and follow up of different social community channels  • Monitor and analyze results to support reporting of projects  • Improve existing business by increasing profitability and customer satisfaction

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

• Master´s degree in digital marketing or business, or similar qualification  • Some experience in digital marketing, startup or consultancy firm and / or social media savvy  • Aware of the latest trends in the digital sector and enthusiasm for technology and innovation  • High English level (C1)  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills  • Creative attitude to create content in different formats and channels  • Proactive, dynamic and curious person  • Good communication skills, both written and oral  • Derive energy from facing challenges and provide actionable solutions  • Knowledge of technological tools: social media, image editing, web tools, content management, google analytics as well as office and apple software
