Beschreibung der Einladung After an initial formation, this Assistant will be responsible for the good running of the office regarding organizational and administrative aspects: telephone and visitors’ attention, agenda management, preparation of dossiers and presentations, with special attention to the corporative image, management and follow-up of providers, update of contents in web and other digital platforms and high quality support to the team of Consultants in the management of their projects.

Beschreibung des Kandidaten We are looking for person with a high or medium level of education (Bachelor or Graduate degree) and a good cultural level. It is not necessary a previous experience in these duties, although the following skills will be determinant: dynamism, autonomy, resolution and initiative as well as a strong motivation to learn and develop professionally. It will be necessary to have an excellent level of English and/ or French. Advance user of Office programs.
