Inserted in the Iberia Marketing Department, the BI analyst trainee will have the opportunity to be part of a young and interactive team, with the purpose of enhancing business through identifying new business opportunities, and detect inefficient business processes in order to deliver better and more informed business decisions. We are looking for talented and passionate people to join our 12-month internship program in Portugal - Lisbon.  Summary of main responsibilities: • Work with different company stakeholders to identify KPIs and gather business requirements for demand analysis• Develop policies and procedures for data collection and analysis• Create and modify dashboards using BI tools based on project requirements• Focus on understanding the relationships within the data and the business’s key performance indicators• Investigate and solve data discrepancies and inconsistencies and assist in addressing the cause• Build queries to answer ad-hoc questions while verifying data and working with other departments• Analyze segments of customers and identify main conclusions to leverage business portfolio • Analyze market competitors and create a dynamic repository of data to leverage insights• Monitor analytics and metrics results

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

Skills and Education background: ·       Degree or Master degree in information management systems, computer engineering sciences or similar ·       Creative and critical thinking skills·       Strong problem-solving skills·       Results driven and Team work mindset ·       Active listening and understanding abilities to find appropriate applications for data and analysis results·       Fluent in English·       Preferred tools knowledge: Microsoft Office (advanced excel, word, Power point)Experience in SQL (mandatory)SPSS and Power BI experience is a plus
