DEVOPS* trainee will help to his manager implement and maintain DEVOPS infrastructure on Baxter. Required skills are: • Background in Linux/Unix Administration. • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (AWS** is a plus) • Experience with SQL (NoSQL experience is a plus) • A working understanding of code and script (Python, Bash Scripting, Ruby…) • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service • Experience with automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Chef or an equivalent is a plus *DEVOPS is a term used to refer to a set of practices that emphasize the collaboration and communication of both software developers and information technology (IT) professionals while automating the process of software delivery and infrastructure changes. ** AWS refers to Amazon Web Services
