Beschreibung der Einladung We are looking for an Intern Business Development
The primary roles of this position involve support & help end CRM users to improve their usability on the CRM application and find workarounds to fit their daily needs. Other activities will cover support to different business units (BD/Agency/Data Committee, CORE-EMEA CRM teams), with daily operations and recurrent activities:
What this job involves
Duties and responsibilities will cover
•Sharing best training practices to end users & customer support
•Providing specialised local system documentation
•Follow-up quality assurance on data analytics and maintenance process, specifically:
oMonitoring various periodical data quality statistics to flag and report where training may be required
oEnsuring accurate information is recorded during the life cycle of an Opportunity and business relationship.
oOngoing Development reinforcements
•Reporting CRP-DYNAMICS usability and deployment related issues, ensuring flow of information and communication to all levels
•Sharing best practices within JLL Spain CRP-DYNAMICS Community inc. training standards/best practices
•Escalate CRP-DYNAMICS bugs/news when users’ cases or improvements are identified
•Building metrics and analysing KPI´s for BD Team reporting to SPAIN BUSINESS COMMITTEE
•Support AGENCY OFFICE TECHNOLOGY TOOL/Data Committee with on-going activities
•Enrichment & data quality across different Business DDBB
Conditions:
If you can work full time: 1.000€/mes
If you can work part time: depending on the hours
Beschreibung des Kandidaten Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
•Deep passionate about CRM tools, preferably, preferable Dynamics 2016 / Office 365
•Familiar with mobile technologies (IOS-Ipad/Android/Win Surface)
•Microsoft Excel advance usability (querying database & Excel)
•Excellent English (written/spoken)
•Interested in Data analytics
•Microsoft SharePoint knowledge would be an added value
•Familiar with user´s cases tracking / ticketing systems / Consulting/Real Estate business
