Sales Advisor / Real Estate Agent for Brand-new Homes
GFA Real Estate is looking for a sales advisor for its office in the area of Mar Menor, Murcia.
Your responsibilities:
- Acquisition and sale of properties.
- Valuation and presentation of properties.
- Professional and ongoing client support.
- Implementation of sales and marketing activities.
Your profile:
- Minimum one year sales experience.
- Experience working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook...)
- Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
- Good-natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance.
- Fluent in English and Dutch. Spanish and Norwegian languages will be valued.
Salary: Fixed + variable - based on experience and knowledge of the candidate. Working on an monthly incentive wage basis. You will recieve complete training in this market.
- Salary: € 12,000 - € 30,000 Gross / year.
- Minimum experience: at least 1 year.
- Type of offer: indefinite, full-time
