This project aims to reduce manual effort, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency through automation.Key steps include:Talent Data:•Assist in consolidating and structuring employee data for easier reporting and analysis.•Help automate recurring reports or dashboards for talent KPIs.Total Rewards:•Support the development of tools or templates to automate compensation and benefits tracking.•Contribute to simplifying internal processes for bonus tracking or recognition programs.Policies & Compliance:•Help digitize internal policy documentation and streamline access for employees.•Explore opportunities for automating policy acknowledgment or version control workflows.EHS:•Elaborate and register constancias de habilidades laborales.

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

Educational background- Final-year students in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. Exposure to HR or business-related courses is a plus.Soft SkillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail.Proactive and curious, with a continuous improvement approach.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across functions.Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.General Information:Workplace: Polanco, Mariano Escobedo 476Stipend: $11,000 (scholarship managed by Aniq)Hours: 5 to 6 hours per day
