✅ About the role The Community team is at the heart of Malt. Our mission is to help freelancers succeed on Malt, by giving them access to the tools to make the most of this career choice. As Community Builder Intern, your mission will be:Organize freelance online/offline events (photo shooting networking, business meetings, training sessions, webinars ...) You will be able to prospect and to help identifying speakers for events and prospect themYou will manage freelancers accounts to optimize their profile so that they find projects on Malt (through in-persona meetings, phone, emails):Understand the struggles freelancers are facing in Spain specific topics and help them on a daily basisIdentify the rising stars / talents and engage them through specific accelerator /loyalty programs. Update our database of partners and detect all the key events of the Spanish digital ecosystem (Meetups, tech events, hackathons), proposing actions with the main organizersPropose areas to improve the freelance experience and journey 

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

Your Profile:You are in last year Bachelor or Master student, or equivalent, and looking for a 6 months internshipYou have good communication skills, written and spokenYou can exchange in Spanish and English fluentlyYou are not afraid to pick up the phone to call freelancersValuable training in communication, marketing, customer service, human resources or similarOrganisation, attention to detail and proactivity are natural for you (Autonomy is the 3rd value of Malt !)
