REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGER ANALYSTOPPORTUNITYWe offer the opportunity to join a Barcelona based real estate asset management company and to be part of a young, dynamic team with flat hierarchy.Our clients are mainly institutional funds developing a solid real estate portfolio in attractive strategies within the living sector. The job includes an attractive salary and strong possibility to develop within the organization and the possibility to actively contribute to building up a long-term, diversified Portfolio through the whole Real Estate life cycle.MAIN FUNCTIONS AND OBJECTIVES:The main objectives of the position include the following functions.• Actively sourcing, screening and analysis of new investment opportunities.• Analyze potential new investments, develop strategies and business plans.• Active support for acquisition underwriting and due diligence process (internal /   external).• Create overview and report periodically to Management Team and investors.• Comply with the financial reporting requirements of investors and financial partners.• Coordinate with Tax, Accounting, Legal on real estate related issues (e.g., Payments, Expenses, Rent Collection, Yearly Capex Budgets, Taxes, KYC).

Descripción del candidato

PROFILE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Academic Background: Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineer or similar.  Real Estate master’s degree preferable.Professional Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in the Real Estate industry preferably in Investment Banking, Funds and/or Real Estate Investment Fund.Languages: High English and Spanish level (mandatory)Personal Profile: Analytical skills combined with hands-on business approach. Entrepreneurial mind-set and strong organizational skills.
