Are you passionate about fashion and love dealing with people? Do you want to complement your studies with an Internship in Customer Service? If you are finishing your studies or you have concluded your degree and you wish to start your career in a Fashion Retail Brand, join us! We are looking for a Customer Service Intern for our headquarters located in Madrid. Some of their responsibilities will be: -Global support to the Customer Service Department. Special focus on the international area. -Customer Service support resolving their questions and requests following the processes and procedures. -Coordination with the Logistics Department for the solitude of packages, either with the Incidents Department for the monitoring of calls received.

Descripción del candidato

-Last year student or recent graduate in Languages, Commerce, Marketing... -Interest in Customer Service, previous experience is a plus. -Fully fluent English is necessary (equivalent to C1). -We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague, willing to learn, proactive and with high level of involvement.
