Main Funtions / Tasks     • General transaction support • Financial Modelling • Reading and analysis of due diligence reports • Preparation of financial and credit analysis  • Drafting of parts of credit papers, internal memos and client presentations • Conduct market and information research • Monitor performance of portfolio companies   Direct responsibilities   • Support of executions (pitching / closing / filing) • Preliminary / Internal DD on opportunities (market / company / comps / relationships…) • Marketing support (closing dinners / tombstones) • Assists in preparation of presentations (internal & external) • Responsible for deal performance monitoring (annual review / covenants / follow-up / compliance…) • UpdaTe front office members on current trading evolution • Manages the syndicate in cooperation with the Agency • Is involved in secondary operations / recaps with members of front office team • Is in charge of relations with finance control • Is in charge of logistics for events, Bank Meetings, etc  

Descripción del candidato

• 0-3 years experience • Strong financial modelling & quantitative skills  • Mastering of credit analysis and process • Mastering of Bank's credit control and reporting tools • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Relationship with Agency and Back Office • Ability to sinthetise and draft quality materials
