Descripción de la invitación Descripción de la Oferta:The IT Customer Experience Intern will work to assist in improving IT Customer Experience for Nestlé employees. Core activities include helping the CX (Customer Experience) Owner with his prior guidelines, giving and developing actions for improvements specific with CX processes, providing support dealing with stakeholders; contributing of processes automatization; Helping with the creation of reports and deliverables; and supporting with the design of charts and presentations. As an intern, YOUR DAY TO DAY will be to give support to:Help with CX processes from helping to create questionaries to sending surveys, control of the samples and automatizing processes with the CX Agencies outside Nestlé, guarantying the quality of the data and the service provide. Understand Customer Experience metrics: NPS, CX Indexes, Experience Level agreements etc. Ensuring timelines of the deliverables according to the stakeholders needs in coordination with the CX owner. Support the CX owner to make materials, compile findings, and identify concrete themes across findings. Help to develop client deliverables such as interview reports, analysis reports, and data visualization materials. Eager to learn and Understand the CX visualization tools to know how to analyze relevant CX data and transform Insights into outcomes. What can you expect from this experience? Descripción del candidato You should apply if you are: Studying an university degree related to Business, Marketing, Economics or similar.Having the necessary credits to be able to carry out the curricular or extracurricular 6 months internship in our company. We only accept the candidacies of alumni who are enrolled in degrees or masters linked to official universities.Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Spanish and/or Catalan is a plus. Flexible and autonomous, you can meet strict deadlines while also being open to giving and receiving regular feedback.You are precise and do your utmost to comply to procedures and deadlines.You are a good communicator.Excellent digital skills. (PowerPoint, Word, Excel as a minimum)
