Our collaborator is a leading enterprise mobility platform-as-a-service, empowering businesses across delivery, rental, sharing, and more to streamline their last-mile operations. They partner with a diverse range of clients, from global delivery giants to local restaurant chains, with a presence spanning Europe, the US, and Asia. Founded in 2019, they combine expertise in vehicle technology, IoT, software, and operations to unlock new possibilities in mobility and delivery.They are seeking a motivated Support Engineer Intern to join their dynamic support team. TasksYou will assist in providing technical support to clients, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Your main tasks include:Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by customers on-site.Collaborate with senior support engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.Document support cases and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Help in identifying and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.Perform system tests and provide feedback on product performance and usability.ConditionsMonthly stipend of EUR 500.Gain invaluable experience working at the forefront of the mobility industry.Develop and refine your technical skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.Be part of a dynamic and international team.Availability:Star date: as soon as possible.Duration- 3-6 months (flexible according to your university requirements).They are flexible with the hours to match your university requirements, you can expect to work around 8-16 hours/ week. Location:This is flexible, you can work from Marche (Alba Adriatica), Tuscany (Florence), Milan or Bologna, company will cover all travel related costs.
