¿What do we offer?A global trainee program who offers the opportunity to rotate in diferentent areas and colaborate on national and international projects. The program offers 3 main areas in which you can start your first rotation: Finance, Sales or MKT.We offer a challenging & international program, each one of our positions have a competitive salary & benefits package.Finance program:You will have rotations in the following departments: manufacturing costs + Local MX Finance deparment + LATAM controling and reporting. We have positions in Mexico City (Santa Fe) & Mexico State (Ecatepec).MKT/Sales program:You will start the rotation in your main area of interest. After that, Essity managers will value your skills and they will move you to other departments with critical projects for the company. The positions are based in Mexico City (Santa Fe)

Description du candidat

Requirements:• Graduates with maximum 24 months of work experience after University. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage.• Advanced English, you will be assigned to a global project with other selected candidates of different countries. The program includes 2 international trips.• Proven analytical and problem solving skills (Advanced Excel handling is a bonus).• Proven interest in developing and leading yourself & others.• Results-oriented and committed to go the extra mile.• A great networker and communicator.• Solution-focused and problem-solving skills.• Eager to make a difference and courage to act on own ideas.
