Juste Group at a Glance•The Juste Group is a Chemical company, specialized in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients for Contrast Media applications.•It is a 100% Spanish family-owned company.•The Group was created in 1922, when Mr. Rafael Juste established the first pharmaceutical laboratory. •In the 1960’s, we started the development of contrast media for radiology under Juste® trademark. After a long partnership with Schering – Bayer, the company became independent.•Today over 90% of our revenue is based on export, with customers in more than 40 countries.•Our factory is located in Coslada, Madrid, with an extension of about 5,000 sqm in a 12,000 sqm plot. We employ about 100 people.•The company is certified OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 & 14001, FDA & GMP (based on products).The CBD Project•The Company redefined its business strategy in 2018. As part of this strategy, we have decided to start a diversification process towards more API with the aim of decreasing our dependence on the current products and markets, while minimizing our business risk.•One of the API identified for this process is related to the extraction from Cannabis. The most common one at present is CBD.•We are partnering with another company to develop a plan for the extraction of Cannabis derivatives that can be used in the pharmaceutical industry.•This market has seen an extraordinary development in some countries (i.e. Canada), while in many European states it is still very limited because of the local legislations.•While recreational use as well as drinks, food and cosmetics are the most developed applications, we believe that the highest potential is related to medical and pharmaceutical products.What we are looking for•Because of the infancy stage of the project, we are focusing on developing the agricultural, industrial and regulatory plan for the obtention of all permits to plant, harvest and industrially treat the Cannabis plants in order to obtain high purity extracts and API.•We need to better understand the overall market structure and trends in order to prepare the project to acquire a global scope.•The team will be responsible for providing a market analysis (size and trends, value chain, market segments, products definition and positioning, players, etc.) as well as to suggest the optimal strategy for our way to market, especially from the commercial point of view, with actionable steps and timelines.•The team will join the current project team, where we have representatives for Regulatory issues, R&D, Production, Commercial, etc.

Beca remunerada:-        Departamento: Desarrollo de Negocio-        Dependencia jerárquica: Director General-        Requerimientos: o  Licenciado en química o Farmacia.o  Valorable cursos de marketing farmacéutico o conocimiento de mercado farmacéutico.o  Buen manejo de MS Office.o  Inglés hablado y escrito.-        Duración: 7 meses-        Ayuda al estudio: 750€ netos/mes.Funciones a realizar: Apoyo al Departamento de Desarrollo de Negocio en un estudio de mercado, contactando con laboratorios farmacéuticos. Necesitamos comprender la estructura general del mercado y las tendencias para preparar el proyecto con un alcance global. El equipo será responsable de proporcionar un análisis de mercado (tamaño y tendencias, cadena de valor, segmentos de mercado, definición y posicionamiento de productos, jugadores, etc.), así como sugerir la estrategia óptima para nuestro avance en el mercado, especialmente desde el punto de vista comercial, con pasos accionables y líneas de tiempo.El equipo se integrará en una estructura transversal que hemos diseñado dentro de la compañía, con personas y representantes de asuntos regulatorios, I + D, Producción, Comercial, etc.
