Description de l'invitation Company A leading Real Estate Capital Markets business that focuses on the Iberian markets are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to join the Retail Investment team. RoleWorking with senior members of the team, the role will involve: - Managing sale and acquisition processes.- Strategic analysis of retail investment opportunities.- Financial analysis and writing reports and presentations.- Preparing marketing materials and investment memorandums.- Working on due diligence processes.-Maintaining and developing relationships with clients.- Generally promoting the business of the Company in all sectors.
Description du candidat The profile of person we are looking for is as follows: - A Minimum 5 years of experience in Shopping Centre Investment or Asset Management in the Spanish market, with an ambition to develop a career in this sector.- In depth knowledge of Shopping Centres and Retail parks from an operational, leasing and investment perspective. - A person with strong analytical-financial, pro-active and organizational skills.- Very good communication, people skills and driven. - Fluency in English (excellent spoken and written communication skills).
