Descrizione dell'invito This position reports directly to the US-based VP of Human Resources and has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the SVP/Managing Director in Bellinzona, Switzerland.As the primary HR contact for the Bellinzona site, you will be responsible fordelivering comprehensive Human Resources support. In this role, you willprovide expert HR guidance and support to employees, including coaching andadvising on a variety of people-related matters. You will also contribute toorganizational design initiatives and oversee the execution of core HR programsand annual cyclical activities, such as salary and performance reviews, as wellas workforce planning. Additionally, you will support our payroll process (performed in cooperation with an external firm), manage the full recruitment cycle for all Bellinzona-based positions, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.Key responsibilities: Responsible for all HR-related site tasks such as salaryreviews, performance reviews, workforce planning, budgeting, and year-endclosing· Evaluate Swiss local country employment legislation, andother relevant countries’ legislation, HR policies and practices and adapt toVir Bio’s globalprocesses and policiesin tight collaboration with US corporate HR · Manage day-to-day HR matters for allSwiss-based employees, addressing their questions and concerns· Serve as the primary point of contact for line Managementand employees on all HR-related issues· Prepare accurate monthly HR closing data for the externalpayroll consultant · Act as super user and main administrator of the timeregistration tool · Coordinate all communications to the insurance companiesand social institutions for HR related topics· Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, supporting theiradministrative requirements in coordination with our US-based HR colleagues · Lead Ongoing talent discussions and assessments, keepaccurate data management of ongoing talent analysis, Leadership development,coordination of in-house and external trainings · Support of compensation planning · Maintain up-to-date electronic and paper personnel files · Supports the recruitment process by contacting candidatesand scheduling interviews Provide support for any other administrative-related activity.
Descrizione del candidato Experienceand skills • Bachelor’s degree and a degree as qualified HR professional(Swiss HR Specialist) • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role within acomplex, multinational environment required • Proven experience in talent management and organizationaldesign • Experience using HR analytics is an asset • Excellent languageskills (English, Italian and German as a must) • Experience with Microsoft Office applications• Excellent organizational and planning skills • Effective interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently or under minimal supervision,while keeping relevant parties informed • Prioritization of work and accuracy in meeting deadlinesrequired • Meets the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality• Experience providing advice and supporting career developmentis required • Previous pharma/ biotech industry experiencepreferred • In-depth knowledge of Swiss employment laws and HR practices• Ability to work from our Bellinzona, Switzerland office
