Program gives you the opportunity to accelerate in a real job with real responsibilities from day one. At the same time, you will explore the company through rotation, project assignments, learning modules and networking with colleagues located at different sites around the world. During the 24-months graduate program, your hiring manager will support you to build an individual development plan. Together we will design a career with purpose based on your aspirations and our business needs. The GO participant will have the opportunity to Measure, Analize, Improve and Control the operations of a productive area in Reynosa Plant. This area will be: Boarding in Compression Therapy. The GO participant will develop the leadership and operation analysis, with the purpose to understand a full operation (Planning, Material, Production, Quality and Engineering) to create an efficient workteam that takes the right decisions.

Beschreibung des Kandidaten

Requirements:·  Graduates with a maximum of 24 months of work experience after University. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in the industry are an advantage.·  Advanced English, you will be assigned to a global project with other selected candidates of different countries. The program includes 2 international trips.·  Proven analytical and problem-solving skills (Advanced Excel handling is a bonus).·  Proven interest in developing and leading yourself & others.·  Results-oriented and committed to go the extra mile.·  A great networker and communicator.·  Solution-focused and problem-solving skills.·  Eager to make a difference and courageous to act on your own ideas.
