At the same time, you will explore the company through rotation, project assignments, learning modules and networking with colleagues located at different sites around the world. During the 24-months graduate program, your hiring manager will support you to build an individual development plan. Together we will design a career with purpose based on your aspirations and our business needs. The GO participant will have the opportunity to Measure, Analize, Improve and Control the operations of a productive area in Reynosa Plant. This area will be: Boarding in Compression Therapy. The GO participant will develop the leadership and operation analysis, with the purpose to understand a full operation (Planning, Material, Production, Quality and Engineering) to create an efficient workteam that takes the right decisions.

Description du candidat

Requirements:·  Graduates with a maximum of 24 months of work experience after University. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in the industry are an advantage.·  Advanced English, you will be assigned to a global project with other selected candidates of different countries. The program includes 2 international trips.·  Proven analytical and problem-solving skills (Advanced Excel handling is a bonus).·  Proven interest in developing and leading yourself & others.·  Results-oriented and committed to go the extra mile.·  A great networker and communicator.·  Solution-focused and problem-solving skills.·  Eager to make a difference and courageous to act on your own ideas.
