Offer description The successful candidate will be responsible of the research & selection processes as well as consulting projects. The principal functions, among others, will be:
• Market research and business development opportunities.
• Elaboration of proposals and trade agreements.
• Sourcing both active and passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, referrals, etc.
• Building a bench of qualified, diverse candidates for current and future.
• Database maintenance and improvement.
• Phone and face interviews.
Applicant description Graduates in Bachelor level preferably in: Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Human Resources, or Psychology.
Advanced or bilingual English level. Microsoft Office.
Desired profile: interested in human resources industry, excellent communication skills and strong client orientation. Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive, responsible, and teamwork-oriented.
