Invitation Description Through the programme, the Management Trainees receive the opportunity to rotate through different departments throughout the business to truly enrich their professional experience at Burger King.
First two months of operations training at BK’s restaurant
One month following the work of our Franchise Business Leaders
Three months at a corporate position in one of our offices (Madrid, Munich, London and Zug)
In the final 6 months, the trainee will be allocated in the final area
Candidate Description Graduated in 2013 or going to in 2014
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or Hospitality Management preferred
Ability to thrive in a performance-focused and results-oriented environment
Exceptional levels of ownership mentality, self-mºotivation, and entrepreneurial spirit
Strong work ethic and determination to achieve success
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
Solid analytical capabilities and structured thinking
Unrestricted authorization to work in Europe
