Descripción de la invitación - Treat all purchase orders from all B2B customers according to company standards. - Make with the head of Supply Chain all shipments to B2B Sales customers. - Liaise with administration, accounting, purchasing and logistics and externally with clients. - Treat Client claims and penalties (unpaid invoices (complete), Unpaid invoices (partially), Returns, For packaging issues, Etc. everything related to them.) to obtain the maximum refund by Client which will be evaluated by the Supply Chain Manager and the Sales Manager. - Treat Amazon incidents - non-commercial (eg. EAN does not correspond to ASIN, product arrived is different from the order, quality problems, etc.). - Make verifications of product catalogues (Amazon) every 2 weeks and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with company standards. - Propose ideas to improve internal processes across departments. - Resolve order and inventory problems by researching data and history. -Provide information about products, promotions and prices when clarifying the client's request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
Descripción del candidato Fluent in English, Spanish and at least a 3rd language. More languages are welcome.Computer Skills: Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), Internet, etc. Motivated person, multicultural profile, open minded with a positive winning attitude.-Interest in Administration and Finance-Analytical person, vision for business and especially of improvements of processes.-Resolute person to manage incidents and focused on the achievement of objectives.-It is important to be proactive as all employees are a team.
