EAN does not correspond to ASIN, product arrived is different from the order, quality problems, etc.). - Make verifications of product catalogues (Amazon) every 2 weeks and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with company standards. - Propose ideas to improve internal processes across departments. - Resolve order and inventory problems by researching data and history. -Provide information about products, promotions and prices when clarifying the client's request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.

Fluent in English, Spanish and at least a 3rd language. More languages are welcome.Computer Skills: Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), Internet, etc.  Motivated person, multicultural profile, open minded with a positive winning attitude.-Interest in Administration and Finance-Analytical person, vision for business and especially of improvements of processes.-Resolute person to manage incidents and focused on the achievement of objectives.-It is important to be proactive as all employees are a team.
