Description de l'invitation As a Senior Analytical Chemist you'll support our research and development efforts focused on food and process sample analysis. You'll collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop and validate analytical methods, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. This role is crucial for improving quality control methodologies and advancing our projects.Responsibilities:Develop and validate analytical methods for analyzing compounds such as fibers, proteins, and fatsConduct experiments and analyze ingredient samples using techniques like HPLC, NIR, titration, selective extraction, and NMRFacilitate discussions with peers to interpret data and provide insightsTroubleshoot and resolve analytical issues to improve methods and processesEnsure team compliance with safety protocols and laboratory standards, including lab management and supply ordersOversee the Quality Control for the production with our CMOEstablish and maintain internal Quality Control procedures to ensure product quality through internal and external analysisSupport any legal processes, such as FDA approvalsProvide measurements and documentation crucial to our growth strategyEnable the Analytical Chemistry Intern to grow and flourishOffer in-depth scientific support and conduct literature reviews, e.g., antioxidant screening and enzyme activity monitoring
