Key responsabilities:
The Presales Support IT Engineering will work directly with the Dell Sales Team and Business Partners to send end to end solutions. The Internship will be responsible for technical support to the sales team and to the customer, in enterprise products and enterprise services.
- Develop the business in Servers, Storage, Software and services
- Design technical solutions to support the need of our customers and prepare proposals
- Ensure that you frequently use professional services, partners or internal resources to deliver the best solutions to our customers
- Demonstrate respectful conduct with customers and deliver a superior customer experience. Ensure that customer issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
- Work with peers from other teams and develop action plans that encourage cross-functional cooperation to deliver a superior customer experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Delivering on time and high quality standards are your personal requirements, even if you need to overcome challenges or issues.
- You review complex situations logically and in details before taking action
- You have good IT solutions knowledge
- High English level
- Mandatory to have an University or Business School internship agreement (6 months minimum)
